H Frame Installation Method

(1) Anchor the conveyor head and drive pulley location with at least 4 anchor cables. Align the base using the centerline.

(2) Install the storage/deflection frame and pulleys (3m long) behind the head.

(3) Install 8 sections (3m each) of the tension/storage unit. Sections 1-7 hold tracks for the take-up trolley and moving trolley; section 8 holds the tension winch. Connect sections with M16*55 bolts (72 total). Bases support below; connecting channels link mid-sections; tracks mount on welded track seats on bases/channels.

(4) Install the main frame H sections after the tension unit. Quantity controls overall length. The first H section is a transition frame. Connect adjacent H sections laterally with stringers fixed using φ12*90 spring pins.

(5) The tail comprises the tail pulley and idler groups. Each idler group's beam rests on a base with skids. Each group has 7 idler bases fixed with M12*50 bolts.
