1. Equipment Overview

A continuous transport device conveying high-moisture, powdery, or granular materials (like coal slime) via moving scraper chains within a sealed rectangular trough. Features wear-resistant cast stone lining and synchronous tensioning. Ideal for coal preparation plants, mine surface systems, wastewater treatment, especially for coal slime with moderate moisture but low viscosity.

2. Structure & Working Principle

Components: Head frame, scraper chain, drive unit (motor+reducer), intermediate trough, tail wheel assembly, tensioning device. Trough width up to 1400mm, length extendable to 64.3m, horizontal single/double layer.
Working Principle: Drive unit moves scraper chain cyclically, pushing material from inlet to outlet. Worm gear synchronous tensioning ensures stable operation, prevents derailment.

3. Technical Features

High Efficiency & Energy Saving: Chain speed 0.48-0.76m/s, max capacity 1058t/h (1400mm width), motor power 5.5-75kW.
Wear & Corrosion Resistant: Cast stone trough lining extends service life, suitable for moist/weakly corrosive slime.
Flexible Layout: Horizontal or ≤30° inclined, multi-point feeding/discharging.
Enclosed & Eco-Friendly: Sealed structure minimizes dust.

5. Maintenance & Management

Daily Checks: Chain tension, trough wear, motor temperature, lubrication.

6. Precautions

Material Restrictions: Unsuitable for highly viscous or low-breakage brittle materials.
Temperature Limit: Material temperature <250°C to prevent deformation.
