The DTII belt conveyor is the upgraded product of the TD75 and DX series, categorized into light, medium, and heavy types. Compared to the TD75, it shows significant improvements in material, manufacturing, precision, conveying capacity, and reliability.
DTII belt conveyors are suitable for horizontal or inclined transport, easy to use, and widely applied in underground tunnels, mining transport systems, mining fields, mineral processing plants, metallurgy, coal, ports, power stations, building materials, and more.
They can be single units or multi-unit combined systems, handling bulk materials with densities of 500~2500kg/m³ and packaged goods.
Working Environment
DTII belt conveyors operate in ambient temperatures of -25°C to +40°C. Special requirements like heat/cold resistance, waterproofing, explosion-proofing, or flame resistance require additional protective measures.
Working Principle
Consists mainly of two endpoint pulleys and a closed loop belt. The powered pulley is the drive pulley; the other changes belt direction. The drive pulley, powered by a motor via a reducer, pulls the belt via friction. Drive pulleys are usually at the discharge end for better traction. Material is fed at the loading end, carried on the moving belt, and discharged at the discharge end.

Pulley Groups: Drive and bend pulleys. Drive pulleys transmit power, categorized by capacity (light, medium, heavy) with diameters Ø500~Ø1000mm. Shaft-hub connection: key or expansion coupling. Surfaces: smooth steel, herringbone, or diamond rubber. Bend pulleys change belt direction/increase wrap angle. Also light/medium/heavy with smooth steel or flat rubber surfaces. Bearings grease-lubricated. Shafts 45# steel, housings cast steel.
Idler Groups: Support belt and material. Types: troughing, flat, self-aligning, impact. Dimensions meet installation requirements. Idlers feature advanced structure, strict material selection, cold-drawn shafts, pressed steel housings, PDC seals (superior dust/water resistance), low radial runout, low rotational resistance, light weight, low consumption, long life (>30,000 hours).
Structural Components (Head/Tail Frame, Intermediate Frame, Hopper, Skirtboard, etc.): Made from quality materials, steel shot-blasted, welded to standards, critical tension areas inspected.
Electrical & Safety Devices: Conform to national/professional standards. Includes belt misalignment switch, slip detector, emergency pull cord, overspeed monitor, material flow detector.
Noise Control: Operational noise complies with GB/T10595-89 and other standards.
Painting: Complies with GB/T10595-89. Components primed twice and top-coated twice before shipment (except smooth pulley/roller working surfaces). Users apply final top coat. Paint suitable for local environment.
