The DSJ1000, DSJ800, and DSJ1200 belt conveyor take-up carriages (also known as tensioning carriages) comprise a complete set including 3 rollers, a tail pulley, and other components. The belt conveyor tensioning take-up carriage consists of a frame, bend pulley, pulley blocks, wheels, etc. The pulley blocks are mounted on the rear of the carriage body and correspond to another set of pulley blocks. Their positioning prevents the carriage body from lifting under force, effectively maintaining body stability and preventing belt misalignment on the bend pulley. The lower part of the carriage body is also equipped with anti-derailment hooks to prevent the wheels from derailing or falling off the track. When the take-up carriage moves to the left, the belt is paid out, and the conveyor frame extends. When the take-up carriage moves to the right, the belt is stored, and the conveyor frame shortens. Applying tension to the take-up carriage via wire ropes ensures the belt achieves the appropriate tension level.
Multifunctionality: The belt conveyor take-up carriage can transport workpieces, materials, etc., in horizontal or inclined directions, making it suitable for short-distance, low-speed, and small-material conveying.
