Installation Guide:

The feeder can be installed as a whole unit or in sections. For whole-unit installation, first mount the connection section to the bin outlet, then hoist and bolt the entire feeder to the connection section. For external connection types, connect the section to the feeder first before hoisting and connecting to the bin outlet. For sectional installation, mount the connection section to the bin outlet first, followed by the detachable chute, then other components like the base frame.

Commissioning Guide:

Close the feeder gate, inspect all components. If no issues are found, start the motor (ensure normal motor protection). Run unloaded for 30 minutes, recheck components. If all is well, open the gate for loaded operation. Observe for 30 minutes; if components perform well, the feeder is ready for normal use.
