Installation Guide:

The buffer bed is mostly pre-assembled at the factory, making on-site installation simple and fast:

Hoisting and Positioning: Hoist the buffer bed onto the conveyor intermediate frame, ensuring it's directly below the discharge chute.

Secure Installation: Fix the buffer bed to the intermediate frame using anchor bolts on both sides of the base.

Adjust Trough Angle: Install adjustment rods and set the side frames to the required trough angle.
