Overview

Tripper travel wheels comprise wheels, axles, bearing housings, seals. Travel mechanism uses two independent axles, each with wheels at both ends (total 4 wheels). Cast steel wheels with surface-hardened treads for wear resistance. Flange clearance between wheels and rails prevents derailing.

Flange type: Single/double flange (customizable).

Size matching:

Trippers with belt width 500-800mm: Recommended wheel diameter 500mm

Belt width 1000-1400mm: Recommended diameter 630mm

Light reversible conveyors: Use Ø300mm wheels

Heavy reversible conveyors: Use Ø350mm wheels

Technical Advantages

Precision Machining: Post-casting precision machining ensures ≤0.1mm coaxiality between bore/tread. M1 oil hole mounting surface flat, free of casting defects.

Inner Cover Quality: Blanks defect-free, outer diameter/bore/thickness tolerance ±0.05mm.

Assembly Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean surfaces/threaded holes/oil passages before assembly.

Lubrication: Fill wheel cavity 30%-50% with calcium-based grease. Coat bearing raceways evenly. Maintain proper axial clearance post-installation.

Axial Positioning: Symmetrically install retaining rings at axle ends with tight fit into grooves.
