1. Scrapers are welded from 16Mn wear-resistant steel plates, resistant to breakage, suitable for large-volume, large-particle material transport.

2. Head and tail shafts are forged from 40Cr material blanks, processed after tempering treatment, offering excellent mechanical properties.

3. Head frame, tail frame, and drive frame are made from 16Mn plates. After welding and stress relief, they are processed as a whole, ensuring strength, rigidity, precise positioning, stability, and longevity.
